    Description: A Technical Program Manager (TPM) oversees the delivery of technical projects, combining technical expertise with leadership to guide development teams and ensure alignment with business goals. They are responsible for managing cross-functional products, defining roadmaps, and communicating project status to stakeholders.

    You will be responsible for delivery of one or more products with a cross-functional team of engineers, researchers, QA, and DevOps. The team will be working to deploy a specific platform with an underlying core technology. You will need to support cross platform development efforts and standardization.

    You will deliver customer implementation projects. You will manage meetings with customers and ensure customers are supported by the engineers they need to resolve their issues. You will advocate for customers.

    You will resolve priority conflicts, clear impediments, lead daily standups, and bi-weekly sprint planning. You will translate business needs into user stories and/or technical features. You are a steward of the engineering team’s processes.

    Requirements:

    • At least 5 years as an Agile Coach, Agile Project Manager, Team Leader, or Scrum Master.

    • Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

    • Experience supporting SaaS products and platforms.
